Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Cooling-off period: the period during which the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

  • Customer: the natural person not acting for business or professional purposes who places an order with Maeve & Mason.

  • Day: a calendar day.

  • Distance contract: an agreement concluded without physical contact between Maeve & Mason and the customer.

  • Durable medium: any tool that allows information to be stored for later reference in an unchanged form.

  • Right of withdrawal: the customer’s right to return products within the cooling-off period.

  • Trader: Maeve & Mason, offering products for sale online.

  • Terms and Conditions: these general terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, purchase, and agreement made between Maeve & Mason and the customer.
Before placing an order, customers can review or download these Terms on our website.
In the event of conflicting provisions, the most customer-friendly interpretation will apply.


Article 4 – The Offer

Offers are non-binding and may be updated or withdrawn at any time.
Product descriptions and photos are shown as accurately as possible, though colors and minor details may vary.
Each offer clearly states:

  • Product price (including applicable taxes)

  • Shipping costs, if any

  • Delivery timeline and process

  • Whether the right of withdrawal applies


Article 5 – The Contract

The contract takes effect once payment has been successfully completed and Maeve & Mason confirms the order via email.
Maeve & Mason reserves the right to cancel or delay any order if payment issues or other irregularities occur.
All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to return their order within 30 calendar days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To use this right, please notify us at support@maeveandmason.com before the 30-day period ends.
Returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sealed goods unfit for return once opened (e.g., hygiene-sensitive items)


Article 7 – Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include taxes.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown during checkout.
Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay, and are securely processed.


Article 8 – Delivery

We handle every order with care.
Average delivery time within the U.S. is 5–10 business days.
Delays may occur during busy periods; customers will be notified if a significant delay is expected.

All deliveries are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Maeve & Mason is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.


Article 9 – Returns & Exchanges

Customers may return items within 30 days after delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unworn and unwashed.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

  • The item is returned in its original condition.

Return costs are paid by the customer.

Article 10 – Warranty

All products conform to standard quality expectations.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.


Article 11 – Liability

Maeve & Mason is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.


Article 12 – Disputes

Maeve & Mason aims to resolve all concerns directly with customers.
If a dispute arises, contact support@maeveandmason.com and we’ll work to find a fair solution.
In the unlikely event that no resolution can be reached, applicable U.S. law will govern the agreement.


Article 13 – Amendments

Maeve & Mason reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most recent version will always be available on our website.
Changes do not affect existing orders unless legally required.
