What is the delivery time for my order?

All U.S. orders are shipped directly from our warehouse and usually arrive within 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri).
Once your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.


What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

Delays can occasionally happen due to high demand or carrier schedules.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to support@maeveandmason.com — our small team will personally check what’s going on and keep you updated.


How do I return or exchange an item?

If you’d like to return or exchange something, contact us at support@maeveandmason.com.
Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000), and the reason for your return.
We’ll reply with the return instructions and address so you can send your item back safely.


What are the return conditions?

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The product is unworn and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The item is returned in its original condition

Returns are made at your own shipping cost, using a courier of your choice.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
All transactions are processed through secure systems — your payment details are fully protected.


I didn’t receive a confirmation email

Please check your spam or promotions folder first.
If it’s not there, send us an email at support@maeveandmason.com with your name and order details — we’ll resend your confirmation right away.


Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, please email support@maeveandmason.com as soon as possible with your name and order number.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.
