At Maeve & Mason, we want you to feel confident when ordering for your baby. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our refund and return policy below explains how we handle returns clearly and fairly.
1. Return Eligibility
• Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund
• Items must be unused, lightly used, and in clean condition
• Hygiene-sensitive baby products must not be washed, spot-cleaned, or heavily used to remain eligible for return
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or used hygiene-sensitive baby products
• Products that have been washed, spot-cleaned, or show clear signs of use

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or refund request, please contact us at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the condition of the item (opened or unopened)
• A short explanation for the return
Original packaging is not required, as long as the item is returned securely in suitable packaging.
4. Return Method
• All returns must be shipped via a local post office or parcel service
• We do not currently offer return pick-up services
5. Return Window
• The 30-day return period starts from the day you receive your order
• If a return request is submitted within this period, it will be honored — even if reviewed by our team after the window has passed
6. Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, return shipping costs will be covered by Maeve & Mason
7. Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected
• Refunds are issued using the original payment method
• No restocking fees are charged
8. Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled within 30 days of receipt, in line with the return policy above
• To cancel, please contact our support team as soon as possible
