Maeve & Mason — Return & Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
After notifying us, you’ll have another 30 days to return your item.
Once we’ve received your return in good condition, you’ll receive a full refund, including any original shipping costs.

Only the cost of returning the product from your home to our warehouse is at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of return, the product must be sent back with all original accessories, tags, and packaging, and — where reasonably possible — in its original condition.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item, provided it has been received in good condition.
